Inconel® alloy 625 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with an addition of niobium. Together with molybdenum, niobium ensures that the alloy hardens without the need for a heat treatment. Inconel® alloy 625 is resistant to a wide range of extreme corrosive environments and is particularly resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion. (2.4856 | UNS N06625)
